Return & Exchange

Exchanges or returns are permitted only within 14 days of purchase,

with the exception of all types of shapewear that come into direct contact with the skin.

These items can only be exchanged or returned within 24 hours of purchase,

in accordance with Kuwait Law No. 39/2014.

Customers are eligible for exchange or return within 24 hours,

provided that the items are completely unused, in their original condition,

free from stains or defects, and suitable for resale with the original label attached and in full packaging.

The original purchase invoice must be presented for any exchange or return.

Sankom Kuwait does not accept exchanges or returns for any corsets

that have been used or tried on for health reasons.

 

You qualify for an exchange under the following conditions:

 

 

• If the product you received is not what you ordered.

• If there is an issue due to a manufacturing error,

  or if the delivered item differs in size, color, or model from what was ordered.

• Both the product and packaging must be in excellent condition for an exchange.
